All items are carefully checked before dispatch to ensure that your purchase is in excellent condition. If an item delivered is found broken, then you can exchange or return it within 14 days of purchase, and you will receive a 100% FULL REFUND.
There is no return or exchange policy on sale items.
Our Refund policy allows you to Exchange or refund a product in two cases:
- If you received a wrong product please share details and we will get it picked up for free.
- If you received damaged goods please share a clear video of unrapping and unboxing of product from delivery packaging. This video will be used as a proof.
NOTE: If video proof is not provided or video is made after the product has been unboxed then customer will not be entitled to a refund.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made.
Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the Total Price regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
